Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be completed through the Sugar House Garden Center website and successfully received at least seventy-two hours prior to the start of the rental period. It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure the cancellation is properly submitted and email confirmation is received. SHPA is not responsible for any issues related to service outages, loss of power, or other circumstances that may prevent timely submission of the cancellation. Refunds will be issued in accordance with SHPA’s cancellation policy provided at the time of reservation. SHPA is not responsible for cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, utility disruptions, or governmental actions).
