Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least seventy-two hours before the start of the rental period. It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure the cancellation is submitted correctly and an email confirmation is received. SHPA is not responsible for any issues related to service outages, power outages, or other circumstances that may prevent the timely submission of the cancellation. Refunds will be issued in accordance with SHPA’s cancellation policy, provided at the time of reservation. SHPA is not responsible for cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, utility disruptions, or governmental actions).
