Rates vary by day of the week and the duration of your event. The rates below are the base fee BEFORE the $300 security deposit, which will be added to the base rate during the booking process.
A reservation is not confirmed until payment is made in full (base rate + security deposit) and the Rental Agreement is signed. This can all be completed through the 'booking' process.
