The Sugar House Garden Center venue has two large rooms separated by a double-sided fireplace. Both rooms can be served from the adjacent warming kitchen. Access to a ten-foot area behind the building (south side) to the lovely Sugar House Park is included with your reservation.
What is included:
Your reservation of the building includes:​

Access to the building anytime during your reservation hours.

​Nine (9) 60-inch round tables. Each table seats 8 people.

Ten (9) 8-foot rectangular tables. Each table can seat 10-12 people.

Chairs for up to 200 people

Use of the warming kitchen, which includes:

Electric stovetop

Oven/range

Microwave
-
Full-size fridge and freezer

Mini Freezer

Two gas fireplaces (these require a match or lighter to ignite)

Projector screens (one in each room, mounted on the west wall)

Ten (10) feet of outdoor space behind the building (south side)
What is NOT included:
These services or items are NOT included. These items are allowed at the Garden Center, but are the responsibility of the renter to perform or coordinate:​

Reservation Hours:
Rates are based on a reservation between 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Full-day rates give you unlimited access with a personalized keypad code during the reservation hours.

Events must end at 10 p.m.

Renters have from 10 p.m. - 11 p.m. to complete the cleaning protocols and empty the building of personal belongings.

Failure to end your event at 10 p.m. is will result in loss of the $300 security deposit.

Renters must vacate the building by 11 p.m.
