The Sugar House Garden Center building has two large rooms with a central fireplace, plus a warming kitchen and restrooms; it can easily accommodate up to 200 people. As an added bonus, a renter can use a ten-foot outside area out the back (south side) to the lovely Sugar House Park.

RATES
Booking rates vary depending on the day of the week and duration. The building is available for one-time events or reoccurring meetups on a weekly or monthly basis.
Hourly bookings from two to four hours are available on weekdays before 5 PM. Weekend days, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, are only offered as full-day bookings.
HOURS
Rentals are available between 8 AM to 10 PM. Events must end at 10 PM. Failure to end at 10 PM will result in loss of the $300 security deposit.
The hour from 10 PM to 11 PM is for cleaning the premises. Renters must vacate the building by 11 PM.
Reservation of the Garden Center includes the use of:

Ten (10) 60” round tables

Ten (10) 8’ rectangular tables

Chairs for up to 200 people

Access to the kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer)

Working gas fireplace

Ten (10) feet of outdoor grass outside the southern doors

Projector screens (one in each room, mounted on the west wall)

These items are allowed at the Garden Center but are the responsibility of the Renter.
