How to Use the Door Keypad

How to Unlock

  • Tap the HOME button (bottom left) to wake up the keypad

  • Enter your custom 4-6 digit user code

  • Keypad will unlock

  • This lock has a 30-second auto-relock

 

Remember:

  • Codes are time sensitive and will only work during your permitted time. If your reservation starts at 8 a.m. the code will not work at 7:59 a.m.

  • The HOME button with checkmark flashes when code entry is correct.

  • The LOCK button (bottom right) and “X” flashes for a wrong user code.

How to Keep the Door Unlocked for Your Event

  • Press the UNLOCK button on the inside side of the keypad

  • The door will stay unlocked (even if auto-relock is enabled) until:

    • You press the inside lock button

    • You press the lock button on the outside touchscreen

How to Lock

  • Press the LOCK button on the inside side of the keypad or

  • Press the LOCK button on the outside touchscreen
